Like many high-achieving women, I battled daily with perfectionism, high expectations, and chronic fatigue. Despite my color-coded calendar and pushing the limits with my body in powerlifting, I found myself trapped in a cycle of high cortisol, disrupted sleep, and deepening fatigue. Blood tests revealed inflammation and hormone imbalances that no amount of supplements could fix alone. I began to question if pushing in the gym was possible, while also growing a business, and having a social life.
The transformation began when I discovered that true high performance requires balance across all five pillars of life. I learned that my masculine approach of structure and discipline was only half the equation—I had been missing the feminine elements of flow, intuition, and honoring when I was actually tired. Instead of fighting my body, I began working with its natural rhythms and viewing rest as a strategic advantage rather than weakness. And then began my journey of healing my hormones, finding the right balance of strength training, and honoring my body with more restorative moments.
This personal journey revealed a critical gap for high-achieving women, so we developed the Elite Woman Program by testing and refining our methodology with over 300 women.
